Agreement

By accessing buildermind.ai or engaging BuilderMind (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Services

BuilderMind deploys custom AI agents for residential remodeling contractors. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for paid work are defined in a separate statement of work or agreement signed by both parties. This website is for information and scheduling only.

Eligibility

Our services are offered to businesses in the residential remodeling trade. You represent that you have authority to bind your company when you contact us or enter an agreement.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the site in violation of applicable law. Content on this site is our property or used with permission and may not be copied without consent.

No professional guarantees

Information on this site is general. AI deployment outcomes depend on your operations, data, and team adoption. We do not guarantee specific financial results unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate information, appropriate approvals before automated actions, and compliance with laws that apply to their business (licensing, consumer communication, lending, employment, and similar).

Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information shared during engagements as confidential, subject to our client agreement and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuilderMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for claims related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) unless a signed client agreement states otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BuilderMind against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your business operations, or content you provide, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

We may suspend site access or decline engagements at our discretion. Active client work is governed by the applicable contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
